How long does it take to receive my order?
- Normally 8 -14 business days or less. We embroider/print all of our products in house to ensure quality. After checkout, your order is sent to our warehouse for printing. Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking information via the email address you provided in our system upon placing the order. Thank you for your continued support with our business!

Do you ship outside of the United States?
- Yes, we do offer International Shipping.
*Please be noted that the shipping fee for International orders is different from the US orders shipping fee.

Is your apparel sized for men or women?
- All our apparel is unisex except our tanks. Our tanks are standard women's cut.
Do you guarantee your products?
I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?
- If you you received an incorrect or damaged item and or missing an item, contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. Kindly provide photos of the item(s) you received as proof. Thank you!
Do you offer refunds?
- We understand that ordering online can be difficult. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can I return my order for exchange?
- Yes! As long as the item(s) is unworn or unwashed. Per our Exchange Policy, we ask that you pay our exchange shipping fee, if the item you are exchanging it for costs more, you will need to pay the difference and you need to send the item back to us at your expense. We will create an invoice for you to pay the exchange shipping fee. Once we receive the return we will process and ship you the requested item. The exchange shipping fee is the shipping fee to send the replacement.
Who pays for shipping on items for return?
- We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding this matter and they will assist you in whatever way possible!

How can I have my picture featured on your Social Media Pages?
