How long does it take to receive my order?

Our ready to ship items ship in 1-3 business days while made to order items ship in 3-5. Actual shipping may take around 7-10 business days depending on your location 🚚

Decals take 2-3 weeks to be delivered from the ship date.

You’ll receive the shipping confirmation once it’s ready to ship. Please check your spam or junk folder to be sure.

*Please use an active email address so you will receive updates regarding your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship internationally! The shipping fee of international orders is different from the shipping fee of US orders.

How does your sizing run?

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, or if you’re missing an item, contact our customer service team at support@shieldrepublic.com within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. Kindly provide photos of the item(s) you received as proof.

Do you offer refunds?

We understand that ordering online can be difficult. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Contact our knowledgable customer service agents by emailing  with any questions or concerns.

Can I return my order for exchange?

Yes, you can return your order and exchange it for a different item as long as the original item is unworn and unwashed.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

For returns that are customer-initiated, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For returns due to incorrect or damaged items, we’ll provide the return label free of charge. Please email our customer service team at support@shieldrepublic.com if you have any questions and we will assist you in whatever way possible!

*Please note that the items must be unworn and unwashed. If signs of wash or wear are visible, we cannot accept the item.

How can I have my picture featured on your Social Media Pages?

Displaying happy customers enjoying our designs is our favorite part here at the Shield Republic. If you email support@shieldrepublic.com or inbox our Facebook/Instagram page, we will make sure to post it to the site. 

Wholesale Inquiries

Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes! To qualify for a wholesale discount, you must meet a certain tier which has a Minimum Purchase Amount based on retail price. This is before shipping and taxes.

Subscriptions

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the 1st of each month.

When will my subscription ship?

Tees ship by the 9th of each month.

When do I need to order by to get the current months subscription?

New orders placed 10+ days before the last day of the month will get the current months subscription as well as next month's.  Order placed in the last 10 days of the month will begin their subscription the next month.

Can I skip a month should I need?

Yes. Exercise your right to skip months or cancel without penalty if submitted prior to the last day of the month.

How do I cancel/pause my subscription?

After your first purchase, you will receive and email titled "Your new subscription".  This email will provide a link to access your Customer Portal. Click "See more details".  On this page, you have the option to update payment and shipping info as well as cancel/pause your subscription.

Can I edit my subscription?

Yes.  Inside the customer portal you have the ability to update billing and shipping information as well as change the size and quantity of your orders.  If you have any trouble, our customer service team can make these changes for you as well.
