Our t-shirts speak loudly to the individual who never quits the fight and lives for liberty and freedom.

Due to available t-shirt stock we use different t-shirt brands depending on availability. Please be aware that this causes size variation between brands.

How can I track my order? 

  • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

Can I exchange an item? 

  • YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email support@shieldrepublic.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
  • If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

*Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.

There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's  a quality issue or incorrectly sent. 

Do you offer refunds? 

  • ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Shield Republic item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing. 
  • Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
  • Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

    • Customers cover return the shipping cost and new shipping cost of new item.
    • No service/restocking fee applies.
  • Errors or Damaged Product:
    • If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it for free.
    • Email us at support@shieldrepublic.com
    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery for all returns or exchanges.

    • We offer two options for returns.
      • All items must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, odors, or pet hair.
    • Store credit:
      • Receive a full store credit for the product’s purchase price minus shipping costs.
      • Valid for one year and can be used site wide.
      • Customer covers return shipping costs.
    • Refund to original payment:
      • A $5.00-$15.00 service/restocking fee applies per item.
      • Customer covers return shipping costs.
      • A full refund (minus service/restocking fee and shipping cost) will be issued to the original payment method.

This runs a size small and I was disappointed by this. I hope my new one comes soon. The return policy is good but the company itself did not get back to me in a timely manner. I am still not sure with the emails I have recieved if the new item is coming or not. I am aware I need to pay shipping. Still waiting for confirmation of my exchange for the larger size. Not sure how to pay for the shipping.
