Due to available t-shirt stock we use different t-shirt brands depending on availability. Please be aware that this causes size variation between brands.

How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
Can I exchange an item?
- YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email support@shieldrepublic.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
- If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
*Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.
There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.
Do you offer refunds?
- ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Shield Republic item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing.
- Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
- Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

- A $5.00-$15.00 service/restocking fee applies per item.

If you want people to know where you stand in this crazy world we live in, this is your brand. If you want to be a sheep and disappear in a sea of lost souls this brand is not for you. It doesn’t matter if it’s to the gym, running errands or going out for the night, I get compliments ALL THE TIME for your shirts and I live in Southern California. The shirts are comfy, made with quality materials. I often find myself looking any new for the next design. Staff is friendly and open to comments, opinions and ideas. The shirt was slightly damaged on an arm seam when I received it. I have purchased a number of products from SR and I have never experienced this type of issue. The quality of their clothing has always been top notch. I contacted Shield's Customer Service and received a new shirt without any issues at all. The new shirt is made with soft cotton and looks good. I have also received a number of comments on the shirt when I wore it. I am very impressed with SR's Customer Service and how they responded to this issue. They have demonstrated their commitment to their customers.
I purchased this t-shirt for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. The sizing was spot on, fitting him perfectly without being too tight or too loose. The quote on the shirt was exactly what I was hoping for, well-printed, and really suited his personality. The quality of the t-shirt itself was also impressive.
